Up for sale this Mazdaspeed6 has a brand new OEM engine from Mazda with just 5 miles on the engine and clutch. This is a Gen2 engine which has the new designed Gen2 pistons:
The Gen 2 piston has been designed to improve combustion and direct the fuel spray upwards and AWAY from the cylinder wall. Cylinder wall wetting and washing is a common issue with these cars and they addressed this with the Gen 2 piston. A lot of the older cars lose compression and this may have something to do with it.
Car runs and drives great. Everything works as it should.
