MAZDASPEED 6 Grand Touring - Amazing condition MAZDASPEED6

I have a 2006 Mazdaspeed 6 in exceptional condition!
It is a 2.3L 4 cylinder turbocharged AWD sedan, it is very quick and it is very fun to drive.
-New BNR Stage 2 Turbo-New Timing Chain, water pump-Revised VVT actuator-4 brand new matching tires
The interior is 9.9/10 (only imperfection is a heel wear spot on the driver carpet), exterior is 9/10. It is the cleanest MS6 you will find with only 107k miles.
The car has every option available (GT trim). It has HEATED leather seats (leather is in excellent condition, no rips or tears anywhere), navigation, keyless entry, aux input, sliding sunroof/moonroof, stock BOSE sound system with a 12" Rockford Fosgate sub powered by a 1000w pioneer amp (may or may not stay with the car depending upon agreement with buyer). Everything works perfectly, sound system sounds very crisp and clear.
Mechanically this car is flawless, it has a brand new BNR stage 2 turbo installed less than 5k miles ago (it pulls hard and pulls all the way to red line). Much unlike the stock turbo it is bulletproof. It is still tuned on stock tune to ensure reliability, could easily be tuned to get major hp gains with little work. Car leaks nothing/burns nothing, CEL light comes on occasionally due to an aftermarket CAT that is less restrictive than stock. I'm more than happy to scan the code for you and show you (if the light is on)

Also 5k miles ago i replaced the timing chain, water pump, hoses, fluids, and the VVT actuator with the updated actuator (common failure point on these vehicles).
It has 4 brand new matching tires with less than 3k miles on them, they have road damage warranty (free repairs) and free lifetime rotations/balances.
All work was done at the Mazda dealership in Beavercreek, Ohio and I have receipts! Aside from the few items listed here the car is 100% stock.
The car has a few small scratches (none more than an inch long and none are visible except from very close to the vehicle) on the outside and a few quarter size small dents you wont see without looking for. The rear passenger window has a small portion of tint missing (aprox. a half inch X 3in). Being upfront with all inperfections so not to waste anyones times. Car is amazing.
I am selling for $8500 as i need to move this fairly quickly (its worth more). I built this car to last and I have no doubt it will go another 107k miles easily with nothing but regular maintenance. I have no desire to sell this car but life happens and I have no choice. This car is extremely rare, especially in this condition. Thank you
