2002 Mazda Miata - Flyin Miata Turbo - 37K

2002 Mazda Miata SE with just under 37k miles. Full Flyin Miata Turbo II GT2560R kit installed with the following modifications:

Overall the car in great shape for it's age. The paint has many fine scratches and a couple larger blemishes on the bumpers. The interior is very clean and the leather seats are in excellent condition.
The car is currently street tuned very conservatively and is running boost off the wastegate at about 8PSI. It runs and drives fine but has the following issue:
The number 4 cylinder shows lower compression than the other three (180, 80, 80, 55 on my cheap Harbor Freight gauge). The car also currently burns some oil. I was planning on rebuilding the engine to put in stronger rods and re-ring, ut I haven't had the time I'd like to start that project. As such, decided to move on from the car and get a more practical second car.
