PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, ehicle relisting fees, nd lost dealership productivity.

Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash in person, ertified check, ostal money order or bank-to-bank transfers. Payment in full must be received within 5 days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, ut only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, lease do not bid. All Utah buyers must pay TT&L including 6.85% state sales tax. Buyers outside of Utah are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales are subject to $300.00 documentary fee.

TITLE INFORMATION

In the State of Utah, ost titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Utah and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Provided title is in house at the time of purchase, itles on vehicles paid by cashier's check will be mailed in 10 days or 48 hrs if paid via wire transfer. Titles not in house at that time will be forwarded immediately upon reciept. All titles are sent via UPS2-day service for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
