The two defects are:1. The tires show dry rot and need replacing before freeway driving.2. There is a rattle when backing up. Going forward, verything is normal with smooth shifting and acceleration.
This car was bought new and my wife and I are the only ones to drive it. It has spent a great amount of time (usually six months a year) parked in a garage or under a cover in a carport.
