Very nice clean and straight E55. Cherished since new. Purchased in 2007 at 60k miles in Georgia Drove across country in it to CA 2007. Fully optioned car when ordered new. Stereo serviced In addition to the listed receipts. we also changed the oil and filter every 4. 00 miles approx. in between the services in our own garage with Synthetic Mobil 1 since we bought it. and Mercedes ATF in the gearbox. and Redline Syth Gear Oil in the Diff There was one insurance claim on this car. owner rolled back in parking garage at apartment building and tapped a dent into the trunk which is still there. you can barely see it. but please look at photos. It was never repaired. Claim was made because of other vehicle involved which had broken plastic bumper cap and light lens filed a claim even though owner offered to just pay cash to repair. Just want to disclose this as it might be on the carfax or autocheck. Again. this happened at a speed slower than I walk. There were never any other incidents with this car. Wonderful driving car. no leaks. no rattles. drives straight. shifts nice. very fast. handles tight. brakes excellent. Interior is excellent for its age. damage seems to be limited to some wear on top of steering wheel leather cover. two tiny 1" mini cracks in dash pad near passenger airbag hatch. missing knob for mirror adjustment (but still works). Exterior is excellent with original paint. no indication of any rust on bodywork. nice wheels. excellent tires. AMG exhaust looks and sounds incredible. light brush-off of paint on left corner of rear bumper. see in photo. Please note additional cosmetic blems in photos: front left corner. small ding but no paint damage. rear right wheel. some scratches. doors for mirrors on backsides of flip down visors are missing. some stone chips in the paint in the front and some scratches on top of bumpers. Stereo is wired for i-pod or any other mini plug output device. Hook up jack and controller are inside the center console flip up door. For some reason. the window switches require. when wanting the windows up. that the switches be pressed only part way down. The windows always seem to go up just fine. but we just press the switch part way. not down hard. Unsure why. but has not bothered us. Thanks for looking!
