1979 Mercedes-Benz 300D 5-cylinder diesel, 4-door

1979 Mercedes 300D diesel engine 5-cylinder. Painted in 2010, as 3 spots on passenger side door that need touched up (see photos). Odometer stopped between 173-174K before we bought in 2010. Runs good, ll power windows work (new switches installed in last year). Interior has some wear & tear (sun faded in areas, ash has cracks, nly one tear in driver's seat, arpet and headliner in good shape). Only drive occasionally to keep fluids circulating and car running. AC needs to be converted (it works but doesn't blow cold air). Licensed, nspected and clean Texas title. Can be a daily driver and won't take much to fully restore into a true collectable car. NADA Classic Guide shows low retail of $4225, vg retail of $6975 and high retail of $9750.
