Description |

This car looks like it came out of the showroom a couple years ago. It is the highly desirable color combination of the Astro Silver exterior and blue MB Tex interior. This Benz is all original and has no dents, o dings, o scratches, o upholstery tears, o dash cracks, o accidents, o body work, o rust, right shiny original Astro Silver Metallic (MB Color Code 735). It has some very small chips in the paint on the hood, ut you have to be about 18 inches away to see them. The original Becker radio works perfectly, he antenna extends and retracts as it should, unroof retracts and returns perfectly. The carpets, ood, nd original dash are in great condition. The A/C blows cold and has been converted to R138. One thing you will notice is the door panels are not warped and wrinkled as is the case when these cars have been parked outside (see pics). The engine starts right up runs remarkably strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. After warm up, he diesel smoke is gone and the diesel engine is relatively quiet. The car handles exceptionally well for its age on local streets and interstate highways. Recent engine work: New front crankshaft seal (common source of oil leaks at this age and mileage). New water pump (high failure item) and gasket. Turbo rebuilt with new bearings, irclips, -rings, askets, leaned of carbon and polished impeller shaft. New oil pan gasket (common source of leaks at this age). New turbo oil tube gaskets & seals (common source of oil leaks). Turbo waste gate rebuilt Turbo boost calibrated to factory specs. New thermostat. Fresh synthetic oil. Fresh coolant. New oil, uel and air filters. New intake/exhaust manifold gasket. Valves adjusted (nice and quiet.) Glow plugs cleaned and pockets reamed (starts right up). Fuel system just purged (runs smoothly and quietly once warmed up). New Michelins, ess than 500 miles. Original factory literature. No oil leaks that are common in these engines of this age.On Feb-17-16 at 09:54:21 PST, eller added the following information:
