2005 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI NO RESERVE.

I am selling my beloved CDI. I am the 2nd owner, he first owner was in Arizona, ther then that it's been a California car. I bought it 4 years ago, t had about 120000 miles on it then. I have taken meticulous mechanical care of the car thru a local Independant Mercedes Benz shop. It runs and drives absolutely perfect. Shifts perfect, verything works, eated seats in front, have an aftermarket Pioneer blue tooth Sirius wireless iPod link stereo. Ice cold A/C, nd over 20 MPG city, nd up to 40 MPG highway. With the price of diesel fuel being lower then gasoline, ou can't go wrong with this car. It has been my daily driver since I purchased it. In almost 4 years, 've put just over 70000 miles on it. I am only selling it because I purchased a new one, nd have too many other "toys" to keep it. I hate to see it go, really love this car, ut it's time for the next owner to enjoy it. It has been backed into on the front passenger headlight and bumper. (I came out to find this). Headlight still works, ut both of them are cloudy, nd could use replacement. They are not expensive as the car doesn't have the Zenon lights. The interior is in good shape, have had the "Weather Guard" rubber mats front and rear since I bought the car. I do work in construction, nd drive this car to work daily, o it is dirty, usty, nd needs a good cleaning. The drivers seat has some signs of wear, s shown in the pictures, ut the passenger seat, nd rear seats are near perfect. The original first aid kit is still here with the car, he original owners manuals, nd 2 complete keys, newer style). I have maintained this car very closely, nd always spent the $ to fix it if anything broke, ecently the steering wheel stopped tilting and telescoping, ad that fixed, ll the motor and transmission mounts were just replaced, egular oil changes with Mobil One Synthetic only, nd always by a very reputable Independant authorized Mercedes Benz shop.
