1975 Mercedes Benz 450SE

1975 Mercedes 450SE, 181,000 miles, runs and drives, V8, 2 owner car. Purchased at Lubar Imports Springfield Ma. in the Mercedes European Delivery Program in Sept. 1974 at a cost of $17,000. This model is the first true S class Mercedes sedan. Rare red MB Tex interior and column shifter.
The good:
New radiator, valve covers, timing chain, cam shafts, oil pan, alternator, distributor, water pump, battery, all sensors replaced, new injection computer, coolant recovery tank, all hoses and belts replaced, front and rear end completely rebuilt, new shocks, brakes recently replaced. New AC compressor but there is a leak in the system so you really do not get much cold air. Heater works, radio works, transmission serviced and in good working condition. You name it, its been replaced. Have service records showing all mechanical work taken care of.
The bad:
Older body work is failing. Paint is failing. Needs front and rear windscreen seals, passenger side window regulator, brake line coupling and a good tune up.
Available at extra cost are the following parts: A complete exhaust system, front fenders drivers and passenger sides, passenger side inner and outer rocker panels, brake line coupling, tail light units, directional units, sales literature, service manuals, front and rear bumpers etc, etc.
