1969 Mercury Cyclone - Classic - Muscle Car - Hot Rod - Street Monster - Rat Rod

1969 Mercury Cyclone – Original Designation: S code 390 -- VIN “9H15S566938” – Bought this car as a personal project but will not have the time to finish. Good running BB 460ci engine (Edelbrock rpm medium rise intake manifold topped with a holly double pumper. new electric water pump. aluminum crankshaft pulley. aluminum radiator. and aluminum bracketing. Dual exhaust appears almost new (needs head pipe donuts) – beefed up with a sub frame from a full size ford to handle the 460 engine – c6 automatic trans engages reverse but not drive (haven’t checked into why) -- Brakes look good (has new master cylinder). Floor boards. trunk. rockers. and body are solid and look to be rust free. Body has some dents and dings and does have some old bondo in the nose (was probably painted in the 70s with disco rainbow metallic black paint). Glass is in good shape. Factory Tachometer. Norway. etc… This classic is a running project - not to far from driving and will be formidable street monster if kept in its current configuration.
