1999 3000gt VR-4 Twin Turbo Extremely Rare Black on Black Rare

Up for sale is an extremely rare 1999 Mitsubishi3000t VR-4. Solano black pearl with a black leather interior. Less than 300 Vr-4s were imported in 1999 and only about 100 of them were in black. The car has 94k miles and is in excellent condition inside and and out. Mechanically the car is in very solid condition.The car runs and drives grea, no smokin, overheatin, noises, or Check engine lights. The 6 speed manual gearbox shifts smoothly and precisel, the clutch is smooth and grabs strong without any slipping or chattering. The interior is extremely well preserved considering the age of the vehicle.It has got to be the one of the nicest out there beside for the super low mileage cars, theleather on the front seats is still supple has no obvious excessive wear. The wheels do have theinevitable chrome peeling but the tires are like new.When looking at the overall condition it is obvious that the car was well taken care of and garaged its entire life.
Flaws:Being a 17 Year old black car with 93k miles there are some rock chips on the front of the vehicle, minor scratches here and there and one door ding on the drivers door.
The power steering system has stopped working, The issue could be with the pump itself or a component of the all wheel steering. So currently the steering is very heavy at low speed but feels fine at high speeds.
The flex section on the down pipe has developed a leak.
I have noticed some surface rust on the underbod, and there are two very small pock parks on the rear quarter panels, I don't know if these are related . They don't show up in photographs. The car is definitely not a rust bucket but I would advise some preventative measures to anyone planning on daily driving the car.
