2008 Nissan 350z Nismo edition

Up for sale is my Nismo edition 350z #0975. Purchased this car last year and it has been hands down my favorite car I've ever owned. I really do hate to sell it but I have decided I do not want to take on 2 car payments so I am deciding to sell it for a bigger car. I will not consider trades I already have a vehicle in mind I am looking at. I do owe my credit union money so the immediate sale will go towards paying off the loan. My credit union has informed me that the title will be released that day if paid for in cash so when you pick it up you will have the title in hand. I owe considerably less on the car then for what it will sell for so there's no worries about the loan not getting paid off. This car has been babied and well maintained. Just installed new rear brake pads and new front tires not even 1k miles ago. Only issue I have had is the passenger window motor has been acting up taking a little longer then usual to get the window up. I did have the slave cylinder replaced at 52k. So the car really needs nothing. Now this is my daily driver so mileage will go up on this vehicle from listing. When sold I will do it's new owner a favor and have it professionally detailed and ran through the auto butler again (auto butler is a machine at a dealership to help protect a vehicle paint) The car is in great condition for it's age.
