2006 Nissan 350Z Grand Touring Convertible Roadster Low Miles New Top

Selling my 2006 Nissan 350Z Grand Touring Roadster. This car has every single option from the factory with the exception of navigation. I have a baby on the way so I am in need of a bigger car. This has been my 5th Z car. I have had two other 350z in the past and have owned one since 2007. I love this car and have babied it since I purchased it in 2014. The car runs and drives perfectly. I had the car recently serviced with a brand new convertible top, tires, and inspection. The car is 100% mechanically sound and ready for a new home. There are some blemishes around the car and in the interior (Pictured). They are minor and could easily be touched up if wanted.
This car is stock from the dealer. Never raced or abused. I have had many of these cars and know how to take care of them. I am asking payoff for the car at $12,000 so that I am able to secure a loan for a bigger car.
