If u are looking for a cool hot-rat rod truck and u want to be different this is the truck for u! Its a 1955 International Coe truck that has been set on a 1979 Suburban chassis. The chassis was shortened and all work has been done right.The truck runsall the suburban drivetrain with a posi rear end, 54 chevy engine that has been overhauled and has an edelbrock intake and 4 barrel carb. The trans is an auto 700 r4 that has been overhauled and has a new tall lokar shifter, ooks really cool in the truck. The fuel system is out of the suburban and fuels in the box, he steering is power as are the brakes with front disks and has a new column with a quick detach steering wheel. The box is from a 40s one ton IH and is 9 feet long with a raised bed floor. The body is solid and free of any major dents with a great patina. The wheels are 20 inch and are flaking some, till look good, ires have around 5k on them.The bumpers are stock suburban.The glass has cracks in most, planned on doing one piece side glass and never did, indows rolls up and down fine, he truck kinda speaks for itself and gets a crazy amount of attention! Itruns and drives nice, traight and true. It has aftermarket gauges for the engine, olds good oil pressure,and all lights and blinkers work, as had a new wiring harness installed. Two things could be done to the truck, he fuel gage reads backwards and has no speedo cable, used my phone.I have really enjoyed this one and will be sad to see it go.
