This is an Oregon high desert survivor. No rust. original condition. It came from the Three Sisters area. an area that is high and dry. I am the 3rd owner. had it about a year. It has the original drive train. not a 4x4. a 220 cubic inch six cylinder engine. The tranny is a 4 speed with the granny gear for low. The bed holds a 4' x 8' piece of plywood with the tail gate up. It has the original hubcaps including one for the side mounted spare tire. The tires are 16 inch new radials. The exhaust system is new with the chrome tips exiting in front of the rear tires. The brakes are new. the carburetor is new. the master cylinder is new. The steering wheel is the original big one. it needs to be because the truck has manual steering. This truck was a work truck. thus radio delete. no power steering. no power brakes. It does have a heater. but the core has a small leak so is not in use. The gage cluster is original. with the fuel and temp gages accurate. The speedometer is not working. The oil and amp gages are working after market. The wipers work. The lights work. but recently the brake lights quit. Horn works. Windshield is new with new rubber seal. Driver side window has has small corner missing. Driver door needs adjusting to open from the outside. The body is straight with no major dents. but lots of little ones. It is in satin primer finish. Not a show truck. but an excellent work truck or shop truck or attention getter. This truck is a very early 57 model. it is the style of the 56 trucks. but title says 1957. It has a clear California title. but I took the insurance off because I have not been driving it so there is a $14 fee to DMV before transfer can be made if it goes to a California buyer. $5000 with no reserve is the starting price.
