FARM SALE
I have a 1912 Autocar truck for sale. We acquired this vehicle from a friend whose father had recently passed away. He had owned it for decades, nd we expected to restore it. It has sat for 10-20 years now and we have never had the time to work on it.
This ran when it was parked in the barn 20 years ago andwe have not attempted to start it since. It is a manual transmission with the standard 2-cylinder engine. Based on what we can see, t appears to have once been used as some sort of log skidder or transport vehicle. It has a factory winch as well as a belt-driven PTO for operating external, etached equipment. The wooden wheels are in excellent shape, robably need to be re-spoked. Has a hand-crank start. The solid rubber tires are all intact and not too worn out. Can easily be rolled and moved. There is a tag plate on it with some information, owever much of it is difficult to make out. I took a picture, ut it is easier to read in person.
We unfortunately do not know too much about this vehicle, ut obviously there are people out there who do. From what I can tell, t is near impossible to find these today. Someone out there with resources should take the time to restore it, s it is likely one of the last left.
No reserve!
$500.00 deposit due within 24 hours of sale, ull payment due within 7 days. Thanks for looking!
