A rare find in the US! Can be found on Vintage Triumph Register. This British car is LHD, ear wheel drive, ith independent rear suspension. A partial restoration has been done in February - July 2015 after sitting in a garage untouched for many years. I purchased this Herald the Fall of 2014 and was told it was in a garage since early 2000. I do not know the full history of this car, ut it needed restoration in order to be on the road again: new paint (BRG), rakes, ebuilt calipers and generator, ll new tires, attery (newer battery than seen in photos), ew convertible top (needs finishing trim), nternal sides and door panels, arpet, ll fluids changed and tuned up. Original seat belts were not installed after the restoration. They will come with the car.The driver and front passenger seats have tilt in locking head rest. I have been told they are the same style as the early TR6 seats used.
Theodometershows 48420 as of 7/20/15 and I can't confirm it's the original miles. The body has no major rust and a few small dents are on the body. The driver side valence shows a slight offset. Not sure of the history is of this car but it's in good shape for a 1969. Sold "as is, s seen". The winning bid is responsible for all costs associated for the transportation to the buyer. No returns, inal sale.
This car is eye catching whether parked or driving down the road!On Jul-26-15 at 17:37:38 PDT, eller added the following information:
