1967 Ford Mustang Restored

We are a private collection of 60's and 70's muscle cars. We also do restorations in our two locations in the Jacksonville and Orlando area. From time to time we decide to offer one of our collector cars up for sale. Our vehicles are usually full "nut and bolt" restorations and are the quality of a regional or local show car winner. Many of our cars are previous trophy winners. We are not dealers just car enthusiasts who have been collecting cars for years and performing restorations to the level of regional show car quality. We are not a concourse restorer, nd many of our cars are trailered to events but most vehicles can be driven if you choose to do so.

All Around Details:

Up for auction is a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe that has been inrestoration over a five year period. This was aframe ongaragerestoration as a drivable car. All rusted areas were cut out and replaced with metal. Very little filler in car. Floor pan & one torque boxwas professionally welded in. Everything has either been replaced or restored over the five year period. Car has rebuilt strong 302 and is hooked up to a World Class Tremec 5-Speed with hydraulic clutch. Car has electronic ignition and power disc brakes. Has killer $1000.00sound system with Bluetooth, P3, hone, amp; CD capability. Everything in the interior has been replaced from carpet to headliner. Seats are custom bolstered but appear as ifstock. All gauges and lighting work as it should. Frontwindshield is new as well as seals. New 17" American Racing Wheels and Nexen tires at all four corners. Paint is "Flame Blue" base coat clear coat and is not perfect but looks spectacular. All suspension both front and rear has been replaced over the five year period. New 2.25" exhaust with "H" pipe and Flowmasters extend from the shorty headers. Sounds incredible. Car looks, uns, nd drives spectacular. A lot of time, oney, nd parts went into this 5 year project.

Exterior Details:

Paint is Dupont base coat clear coat and is just over 4 years old. Not perfect but shines and looks excellent and is showable. All stainlesstrim and chrome has been replaced over the five year period. Wheels are new within the year and are 17" American Racing Wheels (17x9 rear & 17x8 front)with new Nexen tires. Rears are 275/40/17 and fronts are 215/50/17. Mustang has fiberglass Shelby GT500 hood and Lemans GT Gas Cap. Car has added third brake light kit.This Mustanghas been lowered with drop coils and shackle kit. Tires do not rub. Car looks spectacular.

Interior Details:

Car was gutted and interior metal was all sanded primed and painted to match the exterior of the car. Carpet, eadliner, pholstery, oor panels, ash pad, auges, auge bezels and all dash trim, oor handles, indow cranks, ear view mirror, isors,sill plates, nobs, eatherstripping, indow channels, eat belts, nd under dash gauges have all been replaced. Hurst short throw shifter and vintage whiteknob are also new. Steering wheel is custom Walnut billet wheel and added under dash Equus gauges for a more accurate reading.Radio is Pioneer MixTrax WMA/MP3/Bluetooth/CD and is hooked up to Pioneer Triaxial rear and coaxial front speakers with custom mounts in package tray and kick panels. Everything in the interior was either purchased new or restored to as new. Seats are custom bolstered seats but have a stock appearance and are a very nice upgrade to the factory 67 seats. Trunk has factory vinyl mat and new weatherstripping with rear mount Optima battery.

Mechanical Details:

Ford 302 engine was rebuilt back to stock by a professional engine builder. Trans is a World Class Tremec 5-Speed with a new hydraulic clutch system. Rear end is a Ford 8" rear with highway gearing. Exhaust is new within 6 months and is 2.25" from header collectors out to the rear with new Flowmaster 40's and "H" pipe crossover. All suspension has been replaced over the 5 years including upper and lower control arms, ie rod ends, pper and lower ball joints, oil springsshocks, ll bushings,leaf spring shackle kit, nd added largerShelby sway bar and link kit. Mustang has larger aluminum radiator and electric fan for extreme cooling. Engine has shorty headers and Holley 4 barrelCarb with electric chokeand addedHEI ignition with Taylor Wires. New motor mounts and transmission mounts were also installed.Mustang has aftermarket power disc brake conversion kit for the front and rear drum brakes were rebuilt as new. All new wiring harness was installed so everything works as it should including all lighting, auges, ipers, orn, tc.Mustang has new fuel tank and lines.This car is mechanically and electrically sound as everything is either been rebuilt or is new.

Summary:

This Mustang has had most everything replaced or restored over a five year period. This is a high quality driveable restoration that can be shown at local car shows and cruise ins. This is a very solid body with a reliable drivetrain and a spectacular look. Lots of time, oney, nd parts have gone into this car over the five year period.
