1955 Packard 400 2 door car

This is a 1955 Packard 400 2 door 352ci 8 cylinder with an automatic transmission. This is a unique car with torsion suspension. power seats. a primitive form of power brakes and power windows. I originally bought this car because as a 2 door I thought it made a great restoration project and I loved the uniqueness of the car. however I now realize I really just don't have the time this car needs and I would like to see someone restore it. The car has a some rough spots but will be a great restoration project. The floors and rockers are rough. we have new rockers however we have not installed them. There is a rough spot on the roof where it meets the drip rail. The engine (352ci) and automatic transmission ran strong a couple of years ago however the transmission became stuck and it has sat since. Since sitting we now cannot get the engine to start up. the engine has been stored with antifreeze in it and it is not seized and does turn over freely. it just does not start. The interior is also in rough condition and the foam and covers will need to be redone. There is a old 1970 California title for this car it has not been transferred since and it is not in my name so I imagine you will have to apply for a title.
