2002 BMW X5 4.4i Sport Utility 4-Door 4.4L needs timing chain

For Sale. 2002 BMW X5 4.4 AWD. I've owned since 2004. Always serviced. Everything works A/c rear dvd, PS, eated seats front and back. Body in very good shape. I'm told by my mechanic it needs the timing chain done. It runs but do not recommend driving it so as not to do further damage. This is for the guy who can do the work himself and save a ton of money. Car is in CT.
