2000 Ford Escort ZX2 / SR

Everything works perfect on this car but unfortunately its failed inspection for two things and I dont have the time or money to take care of them. Since this was my second car im willing to part with it now.
2000 Ford Escort ZX2 SRAbout 135k milesStarts and runs flawlessly5 SpeedNew Tires from last year, lot of tread on them.Body is in poor condition. (it has a a lot of dings and dents from a hail storm, ince its an older car it does have rust spots.
Reasons it failed inspection.hole in the bottom of the floor, eeds to be sealed I have added a picture.
Also back by both rear struts attach to the car are in need of welding.He said it would need to be welded back and he would pass it.tried to get a good picture.
The trunk does not have carpet anymore.
