THE SUBURBAN WAS BROUGHT IN DUE TO RUNNING “SLUGGISH”… ITS MOST RECENT SERVICE INCLUDED HEADWORK DUE TO A BENT VALVE / HEAD GASKET REPAIR WORK… WORK INCLUDED SENDING HEAD TO MACHINE SHO, HOROUGH CLEANING, LUIDS CHANGED AND FULL SAFETY INSPECTION. OVER THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND HAS BEEN SPENT FROM PREVIOUS OWNER IN ROUTINE SERVICE THOUGH THE YEARS.

PAINT IS IN FAIRLY GOOD SHAPE OUTSIDE OF SOME CHIPPING ON THE ROOF AND USUAL PAINT CHIPS ON HOOD… OVERALL BODY IN GOOD SHAPE OUTSIDE OF SOME MINOR DENTS ALONG THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR AND COUPLE PARKING LOT DENTS HERE AND THERE…. ONLY VISIBLE RUST IS ON THE REAR BUMBER…

INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN WITH NO SIGNS OF EVER BEING SMOKED I, EGLECTED OR ABUSED. WORKING GAUGES WITH NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS. WORKING HVAC CONTROLS ( HEAT & AC ) INCLUDING REAR HVAC CONTROLS.
