1997 Lincoln Mark VIII Base Sedan 2-Door 4.6L - Pewter Gray

1997 Lincoln Mark VIII - Pewter Grey - V8 w/4-speed Automatic.
About 146,900 miles. Top part of engine was rebuilt 2 years ago.
No cracks or large chips in the windshield. Working sunroof.
Paint is not very good. Front driver side fender has some dents above the wheel well.
NOTES - PLEASE READ
Car runs and drives fine. It has cosmetic issues as pictured and I'm picky so I'm listing it as fair condition. I'll explain the other issues here.
1) Check engine light is on due to a bad sensor in the emissions system. I'm not sure if that will affect testing put plan on that.
2) Airbag light blinks now. May be due to broken seat.
3) Driver side seat base mount broke. Picked up a replacement base and it is in the trunk. I don't have an extra plastic cover though.
4) Passenger side door handle broke. Need to open from the inside to work.
5) AC will need a recharge. It was on the weak side.
6) Fuel door release button is missing. Release the door through the trunk pull cord. Sometimes the door will randomly not lock back closed.
7) I have the speaker cover for the driver side door.
8) DC Power outlet is broken.
9) Center cup holder is broken on driver side.
10) A Check Air Ride System warning chimes in on the master display randomly. Hit reset to clear it. I can tell no difference when it beeps as it appears to pump up normally.

4) Extra heater control master door switching motor complete with arm. Known part to fail.
5) Wheel speed sensors
6) Extra seat memory control button.
7) Matching fuel door release button. Sorry to put it here but this thing was expensive to get.
