1968 Impala super sport convertible

I have a 1968 Impala super sport convertible. This is a very rusty project that will need full restoration. All super sport parts are there as well as all convertible parts. Car will need floors,trunk area, uarters and rockers. Motor and tranny are in the car. Car doesn't run. It will need to be tow. I have a out of state title for the car.
