I got this car from 'Santa' when I was 14 years old. My grandfather and I stripped the car down to bare metal- replacing both quarter panels and patching the front panels. The floor pans and trunk were good, lthough we replaced the carpet and weather stripping. The car was painted about four years ago in my grandpas auto-body shop. This was my high-school car but now i'm getting ready to go to college in the fall so I won't be able to enjoy it as much. I'm selling it so someone can love this car as much as I do.The car does need a little work. It runs great, rives like a dream, nd sounds like thunder. The motor and transmission were rebuild prior to purchase- so I have no paperwork for the work done on that. It is a small block chevy with GM four-barrel and after market headers. The interior needs a little TLC. The Impala does need a new headliner and there are a couple small chips in the paint. There is some flaking on the bumpers and some pitting on the other chrome.
