Description

I am selling my 1998 dodge ram 1500 pickup truck. The truck is equipped with a five speed manual V6 engine. Would make a great work truck or second vehicle. I am an honest seller so I will disclose the good and the bad below. Asking $1,000.

The Good

- New tires with plenty of tread left.
- Brakes still have a sufficient amount of life left.
- Low(ish) miles for the year -- 128,xxx.
- Relatively good gas milage for a truck.
- Bed liner.
- Class three trailer hitch with electronic signal hook up.
- Newer battery and alternator.
- Reliable. This truck has towed jetskis to and from the lake, nd helped numerous friends move out of state.
- Newer exhaust.
- Clean title in hand.

The Bad

- Cosmetic imperfections -- rust, ents, nd paint blemishes.
- Truck can be rather temperamental when starting if there is any sort of moisture -- particularly after a heavy rain.
- Slight electrical issue that I can't quite put my finger on. Wipers will kick on sporadically when the headlights or turn signals are engaged.
- Needs a new cd/stereo unit. Passenger side speaker needs to be replaced.
