DeLorean: DMC-12. 1981 (1982 on title). Gullwing coupe. Stainless, ealer painted Ferrari red w/Grey interior. 5-speed. Near mint condition. 15,000 mi.

This car was brought to the U.S. in 1992. I bought it from a distinguished collector in Florida when he purchased another muscle car. The windows work smoothly, he doors fit tight, he engine idles great, he exhaust system has no leaks, amp; the car has no rattles.The upholstery is starting to show slight signs of wear but is completely serviceable. I have had no significant trouble with this car except that the mechanism for holding up the hood is broken. I have a DeLorean replacement part for it which will come with the car. DeLorean parts are readily available and reasonably priced from their main outlet in TX. The sale people and mechanics there give free advice on repairs. Paramount Volvo of Hickory, C recently upgraded the spark plug system and thoroughly checked over the vehicle.

This car is surprisingly fast, table and safe. It is a thrill to drive. Parkinson’s disease is forcing me to reluctantly sell it.
