1997 BMW M3 Base Sedan 4-Door 3.2L Dinan

1997 BMW M3 Dinan package with 189,xxx miles.I am selling to buy the E46 M3 and its time to let this one go. I have all the paper work for car going back to 2008. Below are some more details of the car-Garage kept-5 speed manual-S1 Dinan package (performance engine software, high flow cold air intake, free flow exhaust) (~$6,000)-No check engine lights-AC/Heat both work-No previous accidents-Set of summer tires/rims and winter tires/rims both. I have spare summer rim/tire.-Brand new rear brakes and rotors
Known issues:-Airbag light on (known OEM M3 issue, mechanic says they still work)-Minor dings/scratches...nothing major, just wear and tear-Minor rust (pictured)-Rust where muffler connects to pipe-Leather seats in back are a bit beat up, front seats are in good condition.
