Only 34K on New 4.3L V6 Engine!
I've owned this Imperial Conversion Van since 2003. Bought it with a bad engine @ 120K and had the engine replaced locally with a professionally installed re-manufactured one shipped from Grooms in TN. Used it as a daily driver for a couple of years and then only on occasion for fun. Then, hardly at all. Now I find that it's been sitting in my driveway for the past 2 years unused!
With 14 cars/toys, I have to let some go!
These High-top Conversion Vans are great for taking family and friends to the game, weekend getaways, camping overnight (has a double bed in it) and other excursions. Great for lots of luggage and even hauling if you take the bed out.
Low mileage on the replaced engine that has only 34K on it! It needs to be driven and enjoyed. I had it serviced regularly when I used it. The tires are old but good, the alloy wheels are upgraded (you can have the original set of wheels and tires that came with it, too!). It was parked in good running condition.
It will have some needs. I replaced the battery a couple of years ago, but it probably needs a new one. The paint is peeling from the hood and around the rear door windows; interior wood needs a coat of varnish or wax, the drivers' seat has a few burn holes from the previous owner, there are some small cuts in the interior liner and the headliner above the drivers door is just beginning to sag.
Since it's been sitting, it really needs a thorough exterior cleaning. A trip to Jiffy Lube wouldn't hurt.
