It has been garage kept and I have a clear title in hand. It comes from a smoke free/pet free home and has the balance of the Toyota extended warranty until 100k miles. This Sequoia has the tow package (hitch receiver, electrical hook-up, tow mode, transmission cooler) but it has not been used to tow. The vehicle will need tires but is otherwise in great mechanical condition and can be driven anywhere. Everything on this vehicle works as intended. The vehicle has been in the South its entire life and has no rust. Vehicle has never been in an accident and has a clean Carfax.
