1969 Plymouth Roadrunner
This car is a real Roadrunner, originally a 383 Automatic converted to a 440 with a six pack. Has 8+3/4 323 Sure Grip rear end 727 Torqueflite Automatic transmission. Front and rear frame rails are solid with no rust issues. Had new "lower" left rear quarter panel installed. Comes with new trunk floor + extensions that will need to be installed. Has front and rear bumpers but they are in poor condition, and will need replaced.
Interior was converted from F8 green to black and a bench seat was added replacing the original bucket seats. Has new wood grain door panels, wood grain steering wheel with original horn. 150 MPH Speedometer with factory Tach. New engine bay harness for electronic ignition changeover.
New aftermarket grill and headlight doors, aftermarket "hinged" lift off hood that needs installed. Torque Thrust D wheels with new tires. New rear Mickey Thompson ET drag slicks.
Professionally built 440 motor, bored .30 over and balanced. New stock magnum cam, new lifters, new rocker arms & shafts. New stock oil pump and deep oil pan. Aluminum water pump housing, aftermarket harmonic balancer. Mopar Performance distributor. Professionally restored carbs like new.
The block is dated 2-28-69 and has no vin number stamped (see pictures). This was a factory warranty replacement block that was installed in a 1969 Coronet R/T.
