Up for sale is my Supercharged 2003 Dodge Viper SRT-10 with less than 6,000 miles. I am the 2ndowner and purchased it from the original owner in August of 2015. The original owner was a record producer that had a number of cars, hence the low mileage. The car spent its entire life in Florida (South Beach and Tampa). I am selling the car because I am trying to pay off some debt. The car has a clean title with no accidents. The original owner also owned a 1992 Dodge Viper that he purchased new, as a result he was very knowledgeable on who the best people were to work on his Vipers. When there was a recall on this Viper, rather than send it to a local mechanic in Miami, the owner had the car shipped to Tom Sessions in North Carolina to perform the work. Tom Sessions is a very respectable and well known Viper specialist. While the car was in his shop for recall work, the car had a Paxton Novi 2000 Supercharger and aftermarket clutch installed on it. The car was tuned to a conservative 600rwhp. The motor on this car is barely broken in with under 6000 miles. Since purchasing the car late last year, I have done the following modifications, all of which have been installed in the last 300 miles: ·CCW SP505 Wheels Polished – Perfect Condition, no curb rash o(2) 19x10 front with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 275/30ZR19 (90% tread) o(2) 19x13 rear with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 345/30ZR19 (85% tread) ·Eibach Lowering Springs and Lowering Caps oTogether they lower the car about 2 inches ·E-Brake Cable Relocation Kit oThis allows you to run an 18 inch wheel in the rear if you want for drag racing (I never had a chance to take the car to the track) ·Mopar/Borla Exhaust System oNot only does it sound amazing, but it helps eliminate heat and weight as it gets rid of the crossover pipe ·Improved Stereo oAdded Bluetooth capability to the factory stereo (wanted to keep the clean look) oPolk DB651S Front Speakers oPolk DB351 Rear Speakers ·Carbon Wrapped Interior Pieces ·Polyurethane Motor Mounts oKeeps the engine from shifting under load, overall the car feels more responsive ·Polyurethane Transmission Mount oWorks with the engine mounts to keep everything where it should be, also helps avoid missing gears ·MGW Interior Pieces oShift knob and AC vents are satin silver Billet Aluminum pieces, these are very sought after and no longer produced ·Calipers Painted Yellow ·Aftermarket Rear View Mirror oAdds Homelink for programming garage door, Compass, outside Temp and Auto Dimming I also performed the following maintenance within the last 300 miles: ·Flushed Brake Fluid with new DOT4 Fluid ·Engine Oil (0w40 Mobile One) and Oil Filter (Mopar) ·Differential Fluid (Mobile One) ·New Spark Plugs (NGK) ·Transmission Fluid This is my 6thViper and probably my favorite one of the bunch. The car pulls like a freight train with the 600 rwhp and sounds great doing it with the Borla exhaust and looks amazing with the wheels and the lowered stance. The car is perfect mechanically. As far as issues, there are a couple minor things, since the car is so low the bottom part of the front bumper has some scrapes, nothing that draws your attention; also there is a 3 inch scratch above the passenger rear wheel on the fender. Lastly the 2 front windows need their tint redone as it is peeling and the driver window works perfectly but does make a sound when it reaches the top and bottom of its movement. I never bothered to check since both windows function and index as they should. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Thanks |
