With an eye for the American market. this elegant and very stylish open version was built on the standard Goggo floor pan and received all the same upgrades. From March of 1957. electric shifting was introduced on the model. This example is equipped with the 293-cubic centimeter engine that was taken out of production in September of 1965. The 400 was discontinued in September 1967. and finally. the 250 was discontinued in June of 1969. In all. only seven Goggomobil TS-300 Cabriolets were built. and the example offered here is one of two believed to be remaining in the world. This is an honest. largely original example. from the paint. which shows some sign of wear. to the lightly worn chrome and interior. It is finished in a lovely white. with a black top and boot. and a red vinyl interior. Complementing the exterior finish are white wheels with whitewall tires and hubcaps. which bear the winged Goggo emblem that leads the way down winding roads.
