86 Chevy Silverado short bed heavy half

I have a 1986 Chevy k10 single cab short bed for sale. has 78 3/4 ton 8 lugs under it. 4" lift on 315/75/16s and 3.73 gears to accommodate the tire difference in the speddometer. 1/4" steel bumper up front. between the rails toolbox. 350 converted to TBI (affordable fuel injection conv. kit), 700r4, 208 tcase. 4x4 works fine, shifts fine, starts up no problems on first lick. power windows work on both sides, power locks work
WHATS BEEN FIXEDsince october 2015 - fuel sending unit, fuel pump, switching valve bypassed, injectors, distributor, cap, rotor bug, plugs, wires, ball joints, tie rods, warn lockouts, wheel bearings all around, windshield, driver glass and rear sliding glass, front and rear diff service, transfer case rebuilt and trans serviced, all u joints have been replaced including cardian joint by Larrys driveshaft in Lowell. have records for all parts bought since I came into ownership.
WHAT IT NEEDSthere is minimal rust on this truck. CAB CORNERS ARE NOT RUSTED OUT quarter size hole in driver floorboard driver rear quarter panel has some damage. frame was cracked by steering gearbox and has been welded back up. rear axle has small leak at pinion seal, haven't had time to replace it yet. also set up with posi but clutch pack is out. a/c holds vacuum but compressor is locked
