1965 Chevy Impala SS 396 cid.

Rare Super Sport with a 396 big block numbers matching.Has air conditioningwhich works and cools: just need vent tubes under dash. Good drivable car and over all exteriorcondition. Nice interior, complete except the radio has been removed. I have two originals that go with the car. All original parts. original wheels and spinner hub caps included. Has a vacuumgauge on the dash. I have owned the car for about 17 years. Driven to cruise nights in my area Calumet City, a south Suburb of Chicago. Runs good and Turboglide shifts nice; has a small leak at the driveshaft. Can be cured with new seal. Body is super straight, painted with lacquer in 1985 by shop in Aurora IL. called Neat Street. Paint is a little faded more noticeable indoors, outside not so much. Door bottoms are clean. Only a few spots need repair, the right quarter that hasminor bubbling, trunk lid has the same.See photos.The hood showsa spot of sand scratch swelling about three inches square. New original rear bumper. Front bumper had a dent; I have a new one to install. This car can be bumped uptoa condition # 1 or #2 and be worth more that $33,000.
