2006 FORD FOCUS STATION WAGON TYPE SE ZXW GREAT AC! RUNS WELL!

This is a 2006 Ford Focus Station Wagon SE ZXW Model. I purchased the vehicle in 2013 as a commuter car and it has never given me any problems. I have put 30,000 miles on it in 3 years and most of those were highway miles. I reside in the Orlando suburbs and this car has made many trips to Miami, Tampa and up and down the Florida coast. Never any issues. SOLID!
The AC is nice and cold! The car has received oil changes regularly on schedule as I like to take care of my things. I use to drive a Ford Mustang but I had to sell it in order to finance going back to school. I traded my Mustang for this Focus with some money to pay for school and it was a great decision on my part. The car has been very reliable for me and has taken me wherever I have needed to go.
The exterior has some scratches and dings (typical stuff) as I used to be in retail management and malls down here in Orlando are jungles to say the least. The previous owner backed into a pole which created a 6 inch cut in the back bumper. I never saw any need to have to replace the bumper so I just left it. It doesn't how the car runs and me getting to my destination so I never touched it.
The interior is pretty clean. There is a CD caught in the CD player. But I never used the CD player as most of us have music on our phones now. I simply used an AM/FM transmitter (comes with the car) that is plugged into the 12V output next to the radio, which serves as an auxiliary.
The tires probably have about 20,000 miles left on them. I just rotated the tires and got an oil change.
The only thing this car will need is brakes. Little to nothing else.
I am only selling this because I rarely drive it anymore and can use the money towards down-payment on a house.
