2001 Honda Insight Base Hatchback 3-Door 1.0L

this is a 2001 Honda Insight for. Sale. This is a great little car that gets incredible gas mileage ! Rated 61 mpg city / 70 mpg hwy. This car has brand new brake pads and new calipers and rotors up front. This car is all Aluminum/plastic so no body rust.. Only weighs 2,200-2,300 lbs so that. Helps with the great mpg's . This car has 200272 miles on it. Does not look it though and runs like a car with less then half the miles. That said the IMA light just came on. (Time for new IMA battery). I have another identical car and do not need two. One of a couple of excellent sources for "NEW Batteries" is (Hybrid Re-Volt) $1,782.00 for an 8ah. Better then original battery ! " %40 better so they say ". I have put one of their batteries in my other Insight (very pleased !) The original battery is I believe only a 7.2ah. So the tires are Ok. The body looks really good ! Interior is pretty decent.. This is a really dependable extremely inexpensive car to run.
It is running really well just needs the IMA battery. I have decided to sell it without putting one in. So someone can get a great price on the car ! Easy to put the battery in ! Goes in the back and takes about 1.5 - 2 hrs. Not rushing. There are U-tube videos demonstrating.
