Le Mans Jaguar XJ13

I am selling a Sports Car Factory 1966 Jaguar XJ13 Chassis #001 with Jaguar V12 engine (P453008, C2588) attached to a Porshe G5020 6 speed transaxle (#9643013011R). The original XJ13 is located in the Jaguar museum in England (only one in existence).
Very few reproductions of the XJ13 exist and very rarely do they come up for sale. This one is a reproduction. Few XJ13 's were made in England by Proteus. A couple of XJ13's are located in Australia and few were made here in the US. One of the Australian cars was on sale last year with an asking price close to 1.3 million US dollars. A quick internet search shows a couple of Proteus XJ13's made in the 90's to have been up for sale in Europe for around 300 to 400K. Currently there is no company making any more XJ13's anywhere in the world.
This car was assembled a couple of years ago. I bought it in September of 2015. Upon purchasing the car it had done 50 miles only. It had only been driven 25 miles to a car show in Indianapolis and 25 miles back to the shop where it had been assembled. It was the top car at that show. During my ownership I have put about 3 miles on it, exercising it on my quarter mile driveway. It has never been registered or titled. It will be sold with a Bill of Sale. It is completely brand new in every aspect. It was constructed so that it would meet all regulations to be street legal in most or all states in the US.
This has been my dream car since I watched it on a BBC documentary on tv while in Europe in 1986. That British car show episode was presenting the history of the jaguar XJ13. You should watch it on youtube if you have not watched it already.

I am selling this beautiful car to assist me in a real estate purchase. The car is located at my house 15 minutes outside Pittsburgh, PA. It is available for inspection or a test drive.
