This is a true no reserve auction, bid to own it!
You are bidding on a 1990 Chevrolet ZR1 Corvette with 22,900 documented original miles. This Corvette is all original with the exception of a Borla exhaust that was added many years ago, I do have access to an original exhaust system if you want it also. It has the original still sealed owners manual, the ZR1 pizza box with owners materials, and the original window sticker which was never applied to the window. It was sold new in September of 1992 to an R.L. Barry of Evergreen Colorado. In August of 2001 the vehicle had 22,057 miles. It was sold to a second owner in Montana in January of 2012. I got it from a Corvette specialty dealer outside of Bowling Green Kentucky on July 16 2013 exactly as you see it, with a documented 22,359 miles..
A couple of months after I got it home it developed a miss, but I’m lucky enough to be close to Cory Henderson at Henderson Performance in New Braunfels Texas. Cory is one of a handful of ZR1 specialists in the country. It turned out to be a couple of bad injectors, so I had Cory replace all 16 injectors and all of the coils, common failings on the ZR1. He also upgraded the ECM tune, not for power increase but for driveability updates. After test driving the car said it was one of the nicest most original cars he had ever seen. He said that everything on the car worked as it was supposed to, and it still does. The automatic climate control works great, the car is a VERY well sorted and preserved 22,900 mile car. It still has the original windshield with the factory tint, and the cutout for the radar detector. The intake was signed by the LT5 designer, Roy Midgley. This car is as close to new as you will find in a 26 year old car, it runs and drives exactly as you would expect a 22,900 mile car to do. The only other real maintenance I’ve done is replace the hatch struts, and I installed the CAGS (skip-shift) delete. The only known issue is that the seat belt reminder light stays on, it could just be an unplugged harness under the seat but I haven't check it out. The car is dead reliable, and is currently registered in Texas as an antique vehicle. Here is a breakdown of the window sticker:

The total sticker price was $60,590.00, and as any Corvette person knows these cars brought well over sticker. Please understand also that the original second (Bronze) roof is NOT present, I did not get it when I bought the car.
This car had a good clean Carfax when I bought it, and still does. I’ve driven it slightly over 500 miles in the 3 years I’ve had it. I have supplied the VIN so you can run a check on it to be sure it’s still clean. I will supply the Carfax I got and the purchase order from when I bought it as additional documentation..
I have a lot of high resolution pictures if you want to see more detail. The paint is shiny and original, the car is in remarkable condition. It is not perfect, so please don’t expect a brand new car, but it is as good as it gets for a 26 year old 22,900 mile original survivor car. I encourage you to come see it in person, as I did before I bought it, to appreciate how nice it truly is.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, you can call me at 210-478-6774. Due to the rash of telemarketers recently I may not answer numbers I don’t know, so please leave a message if I don’t answer. Please don’t text, texts are typically scams and I don’t answer them. I’m not desperate to sell, the only reason the car is for sale is because I have over 20 vehicles and just need to start down sizing. The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and charges, but I will do whatever I can to facilitate your shipper. Preferred payment is by wire transfer, and I have clear & clean title in hand. Here is your chance to own a really nice original antique vehicle that gets great mileage on the highway, drives and handles great, and has cruise, A/C and heat.
