1984 MercedesGeländewagen 300GD. Car is located in Norway in Europe but does include freight to US port. This car had one owner for 30 years. Original paint, very good candidate for restoration or can be used as is with some work. This car has less rust than these cars usually have and since the paint is original there is no hidden bondo or earlier body repairs. Has some rustholes here and there but still overall very good. Both rear corners has rust (as usual) but looking behind the tail-lights shows that there is not much rust deeper inside.Left front fender has a slightly lighter/more faded green so it might have been repainted or replaced earlier. Engine starts easily and runns good. Does not leak oil. Om 617 is one of the best engines ever made. Bumpers, skidplate and wheels have been powdercoated. Was last licenced in 2010. Brakes are worn. Decent tires. Interior is in overall good condition, tear in passenger seat. Shifter boot should be replaced. Please email for more specific information.
