1955 Willys 2dr wagon 4 wheel drive. 82855 actual miles. previous owner welded brackets on front bumper for tow bar. this was used for hunting here in Colorado for a short while. the body is very straight and solid for the age. some surface rust around fender wells, and bottom of doo r. (see picures) the motor runs if you put gas in carb, and it sounds good. the clutch feels good, and the gear shift is smooth. this is a complete restoration project, there are no brakes, the tires are not good, it has been sitting for 18 years. I found a small notebook in glove box that has some dates and mileage on this and it states that it had new rod bearings, main bearings and rings at 55560 miles. the upholstery is not good, nor the headliner. this is a nice, solid restoration project. no reserve, and pick up only in western Colorado.. right off I-70. NOTE: new battery does not go with car. comes with two spare wheels/tires. all of the tires are not good, but do hold air for a while. the engine does start right up if you put gas in the carb, and it sounds really good.
