Built in 1955 for the Managing Director of Dunlop Tyres Ltd. (UK). After finding its way to the U. S. . this Morgan received a full frame-off restoration by marque specialist. Robert Couch of The Morgan Shop in 1997-'98. At that time. literally everything was restored. with the exception of the engine. Items addressed included: New chassis • New front sub-frame • New valances and firewall • New wiring harness with upgrade to alternator • New body skin and doors from Morgan • New custom urethane paint • Complete new leather interior • Dashboard restored • New chrome • Rebuilt transmission (Moss 4 speed) • Rebuilt rear axle • Rebuilt front and rear suspension • Rebuilt front and rear brakes.
