Ok all you Mopar fans out there! This is a very rare combination car in it's original color: B5 Blue. inside and out! It has an Air Grabber hood with the N96 code on the trim tag with all the pieces in good shape. Comes with original power windows. The GTX was the gentlemen's Roadrunner. They had a few more luxury options. and they always came with the big motor: The 440. This GTX was born and raised in Los Angeles. California and it's been in the western states all it's life. The body is extremely solid and straight. The floorpans are in mint condition. as is all the chrome and trim. The bumpers have been rechromed and most of the weatherstripping has been replaced. The car was painted complete about two years ago. The B5 blue is really bright and really pops out in the sun. Of all the Mopar colors. this is the most desired and collected. The 440 under the hood is topped off with a 700 Holly double pumper with an R/T cam which makes a nice rumble. but it's not overkill. It makes the motor runs real well. with no idling or driving issues. The motor is not the original motor from the car. but I do have the motor that came with it that was a factory replacement 1969 440. It needs to be rebuilt. The motor only has about 200 miles on it. and the transmission works great. shifts fine. and does not leak. This is a disc brake car. and it has all new brakes all the way around. The power brake booster has been recently rebuilt. All the lights work as they should. and the doors. hood. and trunk all open and close as they should. and they fit nice. All the glass is uncracked. although it does have some minor scuffs here and there. The power windows all go up and down. The rear ones are a little slow. and occasionally need a little help. They may just need more use. It has the factory radio that does not work. but the car had a recent front end alignment. and it goes down the road quite nicely. All the gauges are working and it has a new exhaust system all the way to the rear. All of the original air grabber hood parts are there. down to the fresh air cable on the interior. It's outfitted with custom valve covers. The motor was upgraded to electronic ignition. The tires are all in really good shape with the police interceptor wheels and dog dish hubcaps. They turn heads everywhere we go. Vin Decoding: R for Belvedere/Sattelite S for GTX. 23 for 2 Door Coupe. L for 440 cubic inch 375 HP 4 bbl V8. 9 for 1969. E for Los Angeles.
