I'm selling my 1971 Plymouth Valiant. This car is a One owner car and has been parked since 1986. The car was pulled out of an old lady's garage just last year. It was last registered and inspected in 1986. We have the original build sheet and the original title to the car. The car is a 198 Slant six car with a 3 on the tree transmission. Once we got the car home the first thing we did was get it running. We put a tune up on the car and used a gas can and the car fired right up. The car will not run off of the fuel tank due to either clogged lines or a clogged pick up in the tank itself. But besides that the car starts up. runs. and idles perfect even in this cold winter. The exhaust is shot but it's the original. The car gets up to operating temperature without issue and will run all day and rev's up nicely with no issues. The car will need a brake line. It leaks right under the drivers seat so the brakes do not work but it rolls without issue. The trans. clutch. and rear end are good too. It moves under its own power. There is no major rust on the car besides the passenger quarter panel and both front fenders have their issues. But under the car it is unbeliviably solid. no rot. The car obviously needs some help but it is a cool car with a ton of potential. It's basically an all original car and should be saved. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Feel free to ask any questions. The car is located in Phillipsburg NJ. It will need to be towed obviously. And it is sold AS IS!!
