1964 Pontiac LeMansPro-street car built by and old friend in about 2000. Stored for the last 10 years. the car is a very solid rust free example of a very rare model year. A 455 big block Pontiac motor runs perfectly with a built TH400 auto transmission with a reverse manual valve body. 12 bolt posi-traction rear end. The interior is very nice with new carpeting installed this spring. A very fun car to drive. Would make a great candidate for an LS swap. and maybe a wheel and tire upgrade. I can be reached by phone or text at Five-eight five-three-two- nine-5531Thanks for looking. The block casting number is 9792968 date code is A268 and it has a YH on the front passenger side of the block. This translates to a a 1968 428CI 375 HP 4 bolt main produced on January 26. 1968. The heads have the number 15 on the middle exhaust ports. and are date coded A260. This translates to 1970 455/360HP 2. 11/1. 77 intake/exhaust and a 72cc combustion chamber. I am told this is a very rare and desirable motor. but again I am not very knowledgeable in Pontiac engines. It is a street driven car so all the lights work. Holley 850 double pumper carb. It has a very lumpy idle and it sounds amazing. I drive it regularly on the weekends with my 12 year old son. He loves the car.
