1967 Pontiac GTO 4 Speed

1967 Pontiac GTO For sale is a 1967 Pontiac GTO equipped with a 400. 4 barrel carburetor and a 4 speed manual. Actual mileage is unknown. I have owned this car since 2008. This beautiful example of a GTO was restored from top to bottom about 15 years ago and has been stored in a climate controlled facility since. The car was originally gold with a black vinyl roof. but has been repainted with a complete color change to maroon with black vinyl roof. The interior was redone completely in parchment with maroon carpet. The body of the car is straight and rust free. with a nice shine from the paint is very nice. There are some spots with minor flaws in the paint. but it is an older restoration and it has held up very well. I tried to take pictures of the flaws. All of the body gaps are even. and the doors open and close as they should. all windows. locks and latches function as they should. The interior is in near perfect condition. no flaws have been noticed. The vinyl roof is very nice. but the edges are curling by the drip rails in spots. only noticed if you are up close looking for it. usually is never noticed. but now that I know it is there I notice it. There are some spots where the chrome trim has some scratches. but it is all there and overall straight. The bumpers are clean and straight and all of the trim is there. The control for the heater does not seem to be correct for an A/C equipped car. but the A/C has not been operational as long as I have owned the car. so that has never bothered me. The engine was redone before I bought the car. with a stock rebuild. It has always started and run without issues as long as I have owned it. Last year the radiator was replaced. along with a new thermostat and hoses. and coolant was flushed at that time. Oil changes have always been done at the beginning and end of the cruising season. The engine runs strong without noise. and has good power throughout the power band. The 4 speed transmission operates without any issues as well. Brakes feel firm and there are no pulls. or pulsations from the brakes. Wheels and tires are clean. with good tread and even wear. plenty of life remains in the tires. This is a fine example of a GTO. it gets attention everywhere I bring it. and compliments of how nice it is. The time has come to move on to another project. so the GTO is going up for sale. interesting trades will be considered. This cruiser is ready to go and show. I looked at the picture rather than the title. the vin plate was painted. so it was easy to transpose the 6/0 with each other. The vin number is correct as 242077 for the first 6 digits.
