Original early 1966 911 Coupe, two owner fully documented car with matching #s

Up for sale is an original 1966 Porsche Coupe. two-owner vehicle with full documentation and matching numbers. Has been a resident of Newport Beach. California. garaged and very well cared for. Never been in a major accident and very rust free. This car had one ‘outside only’ repaint (professionally done!) in it’s original Bahama Yellow color. the door jams etc. are still original paint and in great condition! Due to its age. some dings and wear exist. creating a beautiful patina. The car is matching numbers and a copy of the Porsche Kardex is present. The engine and transmission received a rebuild around 100k miles and documentation is in the file that comes with the car. also the original owners manual etc is present. The wheels on the car are 5. 5 rims instead of the 4. 5. but three of the five original (dates matching) wheels are in the trunk. The previous owner replaced the radio in the 1980’s but the factory original Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio and amp were carefully saved. The tool kit and jack are located in the trunk. which still has the original trunk carpet. The interior is all original (except for the seats that have been redone once) and still in great shape including the original wooden steering wheel. This car runs and drives as it should and would be considered to be in great daily driver condition. The AC in the car was installed when the car was new and is period correct. It is complete. however. needs to be gone through for proper operation. This 1966 early 911 is a type 901/05 which means it is correct with the Weber Carburetors and adjustable shock towers in the front.
