1955 metropolitan convertible-driver quality

I am selling my 1955 Nash Metropolitan convertible. this is a model 542 which indicates it is actually a. hardtop. however this is a very well-done conversion. This car has a late-model convertible frame(extra rib ) with a brand-new convertible top. Close attention was paid to every detail. including reinforcing the chassis underneath the car. This car has the highly desirable1500 cc high compression engine. All the mechanicals. and electrical have been gone through on this car bring them all into operating condition. The car also has brand-new tires. Make no mistake however this is a driver quality car and not a show car. the body is at least a couple different shades of red. The chrome is pitted in Places. and the bumper guards have dings in them. he rest of the trim is in pretty good condition however. The whole interior is new. Car is virtually rust free. and with a little work could be a really beautiful car. it's a great driver right now. as I drive it probably three times a week around town.
