1949 MG TC Roadster

This numbers-matching MGTCreceived a full frame-off show-quality restoration about 10 years ago. Lovingly tended to by its owner it was driven sparingly over the last decade and now shows just over 4,000 miles on the odometer since restoration.

And a thorough restoration it was, nd the quality shows today. Everything was done to bring the body to show condition. Beautiful Cream paint with a deep shine. Excellent wood framing and panel fit. All trim was re-chromed. New leather upholstery. Wood dashboard was beautifully refinished. All gauges work and register accurately. All lights work, ncluding added turn signals. Top with side curtains. Nicely finished undercarriage. Please see photos.

Mechanically, his MG is wonderful. Rebuilt original OHV 4 cylinder 76 cubic inch engine. Rated at 54 HP. Factory specs top speed of 80 mph. Rebuilt 4-speed gearbox. Recent full service. Rebuilt SUcarburetors. I have personally driven this car and it runs and drives without fault. Shifts crisply. Good power. No smoke. Runs cool. Brakes are adjusted properly and stop the car smoth and straight. Steering is tight and nimble. A real pleasure to drive. Needs nothing. See video of engine running.

This is a nicely dialed-in MG TC that is ready to drive anywhere or show with pride. It certainly turns heads and elicits comments wherever it goes. This is a good one!
